  1. Do you have pain in your leg?
  2. Do you find it difficult to walk or stand?
  3. Is it preventing you from doing basic day to day activities?
  4. Have you stopped doing activities you enjoy such as gardening or going to the gym or going for walks?
  5. Do you find it difficult to bend down, or to put your socks and shoes on?
  6. Is it preventing you from working?
  7. Are your toes or foot numb?
  8. Is it worse when you cough or sneeze?

If you said yes to one or more of the above, there is a good chance you might be suffering from sciatica.

We are here to help. Whether your pain has started recently or it’s been ongoing for a long time, we have helped many people with relief from their sciatic pain and we could help with yours too.

When you have constant leg pain or numbness that’s affecting you all the time, it is easy to think you won’t ever feel better or that there is something very seriously wrong.
